CAN I ORDER AN ITEM THAT'S OUT OF STOCK?
To ensure the individuality of each piece, Joanique makes sure that all products are made with quality control and with limited quantity per design. Selected items not available online may be pre-ordered to firstname.lastname@example.org. Production and processing may take 3-5 weeks.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON SHOP.JOANIQUE.COM?
We use DHL and FEDEX as our primary shipping courier for international orders.
For local orders, we use XEND. Shipping within Metro Manila is free of charge.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We serve shoppers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Upon placement of order, please wait for 1-3 business days to receive your item for local transactions.
International transactions will take 1-2 weeks of processing.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we have shipped your order along with the date of shipping .
Please note that it is out of the company’s responsibility once the product is shipped. Upon shipping, the order is out of our control. You may receive it earlier or later. It will be customer’s responsibility to track their package.

Yes. You may visit our showroom at 5925 Algier St. Poblacion, Makati City. Our showroom is open from Monday to Friday, 10:00-7:00pm. Saturday visits may be done by appointment.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We make sure our jewelries undergo quality assurance for your complete satisfation with our product.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return/exchange instructions.
Items are accepted for return or exchange if returned in saleable and original purchase condition within 14 days, accompanied by the original packaging material and sales receipt, to the original country of purchase.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, call us immediately at +63 2 816 2830 or email us at email@example.com. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately within 4 days of receipt of your order. Joanique will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Yes. Each purchase comes with a pouch bag/box, a care card instruction, a cleaning cloth and an anti-tarnish paper.
